What is an Interval Fitness Timer?


An interval timer is a a compound timer. You can think of it like more than one timer grouped together in a repeatable manner. Here’s an example from a world class fitness instructor:

A common timer of mine is 30 seconds of medium intensity air squats, followed by 30 seconds of burpees, followed by 30 seconds of rest, repeated 3 times.

Why Other Timer Apps Aren’t Cutting It
